Huaraches are not made in half sizes, The reason is they're made out of leather and will stretch out and mold your feet.
Ex: If you are size 8.5 I recommend ordering a size 8, if you order a size 9 they may fit you loose, 8 will fit snugly but once you break them in they'll mold to your feet.
